Shay grew up in Memphis and studied accounting at the University of Memphis. She has 10 years of customer service experience and over eight years of experience in the finance and banking industries, where she discovered her love of problem-solving, relationship-building, and financial literacy. Shay has since spent time providing financial advice, guidance, and education to clients throughout the Mid-South. She currently resides in East Memphis where she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
