I am pleased with the service I received. Setting up a trust is extremely important if you own property in TN. A simple will does not transfer real property to your heirs and must go through probate. This will add thousands of dollars of unnecessary expense and a year of delay to transfer your property. This is avoided with a trust and McAdams Group was well suited to me in setting this up. They take care of most of the complicated steps at a reasonable cost. Mic (Michael) did a great job setting up our Trust and advising on the follow up steps I needed to take.
